KM Ship Management provides technical ship management services which include, but not limited to:

• Daily vessel supervision irrespective of her current location and condition: operation, repair, construction/building, lay-up, etc.
• Organising repairs, modifications and control over the construction process of new vessels.
• Organising ship supply with necessary spare parts and materials.
• Organising different inspections and providing technical consultations on Ship Owner’s request.
• Developing of reporting documentation.
• Implementing continuous technical maintenance system on board.
• Cooperation with Ship Owner in all matters of interest to parties.
• Budgeting.
