KM Ship Management, in cooperation with certified organisations, provides following services to the Ship Owners and seafarers:

• Crew recruitment by Ship Owner’s request;
• Conducting necessary crew tests;
• Crew documents control;
• Providing crew transportation;
• Contracting with crew members on Ship Owner’s behalf;
• Crew salaries management, bookkeeping, banking;
• Crew rotation control;
• Controlling periods of validity of crew documents;
• Visa support for crew members (if necessary);
• Support in communication with seamen unions (if necessary);
• Reporting to Maritime Administrations (if necessary).
